Sue Edmonds

My love for real estate began with my very first project—transforming an old stone barn on a Barossa Valley tree farm into a home. Since then, I have renovated everything from dilapidated stables in Castlemaine into contemporary residences to undertaking numerous major renovations. My passion for discovering unique properties has never faded.


After transitioning from a career as a chef, I pursued design studies at RMIT and, in 2000, established my design practice. What started with designing furniture and kitchens soon expanded into full-scale residential and commercial renovations.

With a keen eye for potential, I was often asked by clients to find properties suited for renovation. This naturally led me to offer a Buyer's Advocate service, which I have now been providing for over 15 years.


In 2019, I further honed my expertise by studying at the Buyer’s Agent Institute, where I continue to be mentored by Ben Handler, co-founder of Australia's leading buyer’s agency. As a licensed real estate agent and a 100% independent buyer’s advocate, I am committed to helping my clients make the best property decisions.


Today, I offer my Buyer’s Agent services as a standalone offering or in conjunction with my renovation business, Zest: Styling + Design.
